What we do
This site is built with standard, structured HTML so that assistive technology can interpret it. It is designed to be operated by keyboard alone, to meet contrast requirements, and to remain readable when text is enlarged or the window is narrow.
Where we know we fall short
Several parts of this site are operated by other companies: our client portal, our online payment page, and the newsletter, tax center, calculators and reports pages. We do not control how those are built and we cannot speak for their conformance. Documents published by those providers may not be fully accessible. If you have difficulty with any of them, tell us and we will give you the same information another way.

What we have tested, and what we have not
In September 2026 every page of this site was checked against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA, using automated testing software, and every page was worked through using a keyboard alone. We also confirmed that pages reflow without horizontal scrolling at a width of 320 pixels and stay readable with text enlarged to 200 percent.
We have not yet tested this site with screen reader software, or with people who use assistive technology. Automated testing catches many problems but not all of them, so we do not claim full conformance. We would rather hear from you than assume the site works.
